MMR warranty
MMR Bikes offers a lifetime commercial warranty for all our models from 2019 onwards (for models from 2014 to 2018 the commercial warranty period will be 5 years from the date of purchase, provided that you have registered online within the required 30 days from the date of purchase). In this way, we guarantee the owner that the MMR bicycles purchased new are free of defective materials or defects.
This commercial lifetime warranty applies to all frames and rigid forks of our bicycles (swingarms of full suspension bicycles have 5 years), always for the first owner and provided that the online registration of the bicycle has been made on our website.

For online registration, the product data must be completed within 30 days from the time of purchase (www.mmrbikes.com/pages/registro-de-producto). If the product registration has not been completed within the required period, the statutory three-year warranty will apply.
MMR bicycles sold from 1 January 2022 onwards are covered by a 3-year legal warranty with effect from the date of sale and always for the first owner of the bicycle. In order to initiate a warranty claim, proof of purchase is required. This process must always be initiated through the authorised point of sale where the bicycle was purchased. This warranty is linked to the frame or components manufactured by MMR. For other components, each manufacturer will offer its own warranty through its distributor or technical service in the country where the bicycle was sold.
The bicycle must not be modified from its original state, nor be equipped with accessories or spare parts not authorized by MMR. The warranty will be void if the paintwork is damaged due to external forces or chemical-based detergents, breakage due to accident, negligence, lack of care, poor maintenance, handling or misuse, abuse or overloading of the bicycle, if it has participated in sporting events or competitions or if the damage is not reported immediately after detection to the official MMR dealer where the bicycle was purchased.
The acceptance of a warranty claim will always be subject to the assessment of MMR's technical staff regarding the nature of the breakage or defect.
The bicycle must not be modified from its original state, nor be equipped with accessories or spare parts not authorized by MMR.the terms of this warranty are subject to normal conditions of use and correct maintenance, in accordance with the stipulations of the User's Manual.
The warranty does not include those effects derived from natural wear and tear.
The warranty does not cover, in any case, breakage or damage resulting from an accident or fall or from negligent or improper use.

The current warranty coverage is only valid for the original owner of an MMR bicycle (as long as he/she has completed the online registration) and is not transferable to subsequent owners. Children's bicycles such as MMR Nippy, Kibo, Kata...
MMR cannot guarantee that the replacement frame will maintain perfect harmony with the original paintwork or decorative elements associated with specific production items or limited editions.In the event of a traffic accident, regardless of the cause of the accident, the MMR warranty will be void.
MMR reserves the right to repair defective frames or parts or replace them with the corresponding updated model, which may not exactly match the original model. If a breakage occurs during this period, MMR undertakes to replace the item with another of the same or similar characteristics. This service only refers to the frame, the elements necessary for the adaptation of the frame (for example, saddle, derailleur, handlebar assembly, fork, shock absorber, wheels, seatpost, ...) will not be provided by MMR.
Likewise, MMR will not pay the costs incurred in labour for the replacement of a frame and this must be paid by the owner of the bicycle.any unregistered bicycle will be governed by the minimum warranty conditions required in the country of purchase.
The legal warranty conditions are only applicable in Spanish territory, due to legal differences with other countries.
