The new cycling icons are getting younger and younger. And working from the age of 9 to 18 is the exciting challenge for Samuel Sánchez and his team.
The MMR Cycling Academy confirms MMR's commitment to the development of talent, accompanying and guiding young people in their personal, educational and sporting growth, and also enhancing their ability to face personal challenges.
The aim is to create a path to reach professional cycling by sharing teamwork, motivation, commitment, responsibility, solidarity and respect.
Winning is not the only victory
In 2024, the arrival in the cycling elite of Markel Beloki (Education First) and Samuel Fernández (Caja Rural-Seguros RGA) are a clear example of the formative and human work work carried out by the Academy. Movistar's Iván Romeo was the first to make his debut with the World Tour peloton in the 2023 season.
